IM (Intramuscular) injections are a quick and easy way to get your essential vitamin or amino acid boost. Packed with essential nutrients, these shots will leave you feeling energized, balanced and ready to take charge!

They take less than 5 minutes and provide an excellent pick-me up if you just don't have time for a full IV therapy treatment.

The Earth is Calling Natural Remedies has a healthy menu of vitamin injections that bypass your GI system to help deliver the maximum dosage of nutrients – fast! Choose from our selection of vitamin and nutrient injections that best suit your needs, or let us help you decide which of our shots is right for your body and lifestyle.

How's It Done?

The needle is inserted at a 90-degree angle so that it pierces the skin down into the muscle. Depending upon the location and physical body type, a 1 -1 ½ inch needle is used. Most nutrients have a thin viscosity so a small gauge needle can be used, such as a 25-gauge needle. This thin needle does little damage to the skin upon entry.

After the needle is withdrawn, gently massage the area to begin dispersing the solution.

While many other centers use injections with either low dosages or high injection volumes, all of our formulas feature the highest concentration of vitamins, minimizing the injection volume (and any discomfort), while maximizing the dosage – and your results.

B-12 Blast

Our most popular injection because of its wide range of benefits!

Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) is a compounded water soluble vitamin for injection. Vitamin B12 is involved in the metabolism of every cell of the human body, especially affecting DNA synthesis and regulation, as well as fatty acid synthesis and energy production. It can increase red blood cells and appetite; and can be used to treat anemia, and improve mood and energy.

Methylcobalamin has some metabolic and therapeutic in applications not shared by the other forms of vitamin B12. Supplementing with this is a very effective treatment for B12 deficiencies commonly found in patients who suffer from diseases or have nutritional deficits.

Benefits Include:

  • Increased energy

  • Enhanced weight loss

  • A feeling of alertness

  • Enhance healthy function of the immune system

  • Helps manage stress

  • Enhanced athletic performance

  • Enhanced mood

  • Helps lower elevated homocysteine levels that can lead to heart disease

Delightful-D (Vitamin D3)

Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) is the name given to a vitally important group of micro-nutrients. When activated, vitamin D becomes a potent steroid hormone; switching our genes on or off, and instructing our cells to what work to do. It is structurally similar to steroids such as testosterone, cholesterol, and cortisol.

The term "vitamin D" refers to several different forms of this vitamin. Two forms are important in humans: ergocalciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Vitamin D2 is synthesized by plants. Vitamin D3 is synthesized by humans in the skin when it is exposed to ultraviolet-B (UVB) rays from sunlight.

Foods may be fortified with vitamin D2 or D3, although humans should not rely on synthetic food fortification as a good source of vitamin D3.

Glorious GABA

GABA (gamma-Aminobutyric acid) is a compounded neurotransmitter for injection. It's used for anxiety, drug withdrawal, and recovery. GABA inhibits nerve transmission in the brain, calming nervous activity. It also acts as a muscle relaxant, secretes growth hormone, promotes sleep, and helps with hypoglycemia.

Benefits Include:

  • Stabilizing blood pressure

  • Relieves pain

Tri-Amino is a compounded amino acid combination for injection and includes L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and L-Ornithine. These three amino acids are combined to promote the production of nitric oxide (NO2).  It also supports healthy levels of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) by stimulating the release of GH from the pituitary gland. It is designed to help improve lean body mass, athletic performance, and vascular function. It is also used to promote wound healing and recovery from sports-related (or work) injury.

Benefits Include:

  • Improves erectile function and cardiovascular health

  • Increases the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO)

  • Antioxidant effects

  • Improves blood pressure

  • Improves kidney function and disease

  • Increases protein synthesis and muscular endurance

Lipo-c Slim Shot

Lipo-C is a compounded lipotropic used for injection, containing a mix of Methionine, Inositol, Choline, L-Carnitine, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), and Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol). Lipotropics promote or encourage the export of fat from the liver by increasing production of lecithin by the liver, thereby helping to keep cholesterol more soluble and lessening deposits in blood vessels. Lipotropics are necessary for the maintenance of a healthy liver and for burning the exported fat for additional energy. Lipo-C is a custom formulated lipotropic injection used to promote body fat reduction and preserve lean muscle tissue.

Compounding pharmacies which specialize in injectable lipotropic nutrients create a specific formula, also known as MIC Combo, which has proven to be an effective aid in total fat loss.  Methionine, Inositol, and Choline are the three ingredients which form MIC. MIC is the foundational ingredient within our Lipo-C injections.

Benefits Include:

  • Reduces adipose tissue (body fat)

  • Preserves lean body tissue (muscle)

  • Enhances energy and metabolism

  • Improves liver health and protects the liver from damage
